- The Town House sign draft language is finalized with Franklin Bronze.
- Mooney Park volleyball court sign will measure similarly to existing memorial plaques.
- Members agreed not to duplicate signage at South Union School.
Outcome: Guidelines for sign text and placements were clarified.

CPA project signage program and inventory
Member Ellen Marya presented an inventory spreadsheet and draft visual mockups for permanent bronze and PVC signs to mark past and ongoing projects funded by the Community Preservation Act. Committee members discussed assigning specific projects to individual members to coordinate wording, mounting styles, and sign placement with relevant town boards and departments.
- Inventory covers more than 20 past CPA projects across town.
- Bronze plaques are proposed for historic preservation projects, while PVC signs are proposed for recreation and open space sites.
- Sign funding will come directly from remaining balances in individual project accounts prior to project closeout.
- Members volunteered to liaise with specific departments: fire and police chiefs for the public safety memorial, Recreation for park and court sites, Historical Commission for historic schools and burial grounds, and library trustees for the library facade.
Outcome: Members will reach out to assigned boards and departments to confirm proposed wording and mounting locations before placing sign orders.
